Fox Fam Jam is searching for an original band to join the lineup for Fox Fam Jam Presents: Phantasmagoria, happening November 6–8, 2026, at Florida Sand Music Ranch in Brooksville, Florida.

Selected finalists will compete in a live Battle of the Bands in Central Florida, currently planned for early October 2026. The exact date and location will be announced soon.

One winning band will earn a performance slot at Phantasmagoria.

Eligibility

All band members must be at least 18 years old. Entries are open to full bands performing primarily original music. Solo performers, DJs, tribute acts, and cover bands are not eligible.

Finalists must be available to travel to Central Florida for the live competition. The winning band must be available to perform during Phantasmagoria on November 6–8, 2026.

Submission Requirements

Applications should include links to original music, at least one live performance video, band information, social media pages, promotional photos, and current contact information.

All submitted materials must be owned by the band or used with proper permission. Incomplete applications may not be considered.

Live Competition

The live Battle of the Bands is expected to take place in early October 2026. The final date, location, set length, schedule, production details, and equipment requirements will be provided to selected finalists.

Finalists are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, and travel expenses unless otherwise stated.

The Prize

The winning band will receive a performance slot at Fox Fam Jam Presents: Phantasmagoria.

The exact performance date, time, and set length will be assigned by Fox Fam Jam. The winning band may be required to sign a separate performance agreement.

The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Judging

Bands will be judged on originality, songwriting, musicianship, stage presence, audience engagement, professionalism, and overall fit for the Phantasmagoria lineup.

All judging decisions are final.

Performance Rules

Bands must follow all assigned arrival times, schedules, set lengths, stage instructions, and equipment guidelines.

Bands must conduct themselves professionally. Dangerous, illegal, threatening, discriminatory, or destructive behavior may result in immediate disqualification.

Bands are responsible for their own instruments and personal equipment unless otherwise stated.

Media Release

By entering, participants give Fox Fam Jam LLC permission to photograph, film, record, and promote the band and its performances.

Submitted photos, music clips, videos, band names, and likenesses may be used for event promotion, advertising, social media, and future promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Liability

Participation is voluntary. Bands accept responsibility for risks and expenses related to travel, equipment, load-in, load-out, rehearsals, performances, and attendance.

Fox Fam Jam LLC, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, contractors, judges, affiliates, and venue partners are not responsible for injuries, theft, property damage, travel expenses, or other participant costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes or Cancellation

Fox Fam Jam LLC may update these rules or change deadlines, venues, schedules, or competition details when necessary.

The competition may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled because of weather, emergencies, venue issues, safety concerns, insufficient eligible entries, or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.

Agreement

Submitting an application confirms that the band accepts these rules and the decisions of Fox Fam Jam LLC and its designated judges.

False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification.
